How to Email a Document?

To email a document, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Select the document you want to send.
  2. Tap the Export button.

  3. Choose Email to open the Export Options screen.

  4. On the Export Options screen, set your preferences:

    🔸 Select the file format (PDF or JPEG).

    🔸 Choose the file size.

    If the file is too large, selecting a smaller size can help ensure your email sends successfully.

    🔸 Turn Export as searchable PDF” on or off.

    If turned on, you’ll be able to search text inside the PDF, making it easier to find what you need.

    🔸 Choose whether to encrypt the file.

    Recipients will need a password to open the encrypted file.


  5. When finished, tap Next.

  6. Enter the recipient’s email address and message (optional).

  7. Tap Send at the top right to email your document.




Tips

  • Internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet network when sending emails.
  • If sending fails: Double-check the recipient’s email address and your internet connection.
