How to Email a Document?
To email a document, just follow these easy steps:
- Select the document you want to send.
Tap the Export button.
Choose Email to open the Export Options screen.
On the Export Options screen, set your preferences:
🔸 Select the file format (PDF or JPEG).
🔸 Choose the file size.
If the file is too large, selecting a smaller size can help ensure your email sends successfully.
🔸 Turn “Export as searchable PDF” on or off.
If turned on, you’ll be able to search text inside the PDF, making it easier to find what you need.
🔸 Choose whether to encrypt the file.
Recipients will need a password to open the encrypted file.
When finished, tap Next.
Enter the recipient’s email address and message (optional).

Tap Send at the top right to email your document.
Tips
- Internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet network when sending emails.
If sending fails: Double-check the recipient’s email address and your internet connection.
