Try this:

  1. Restart your iPhone or iPad
  2. Force close and reopen the Mail app
  3. Make sure your iOS version is up to date

If the Mail app still won’t send scans, you can use a different email app like Gmail or Outlook:

  1. Open your scan in DocScan
  2. Tap the Export icon
  3. Select "Open In"

  4. Choose the Gmail, Outlook, or other email app icon to send the scan
