Auto Backup

Backups run automatically when all the following conditions are met:

  • Your device is connected to power
  • Connected to Wi-Fi or mobile network
  • The device is idle

🔁 Backups typically run in the background every 3 days.

Notes:

  • If you force quit the app, auto-backup will not start.
  • Auto-backup is only triggered after you unlock the device following a reboot.
  • If you never open the app, backups will not occur.



Backup Version Limits

Depending on your plan, you can keep multiple versions of your backups:

  • Once you reach the version limit, the oldest backup is replaced by the newest one.
  • If replacement is needed for manual backups, you will be notified before proceeding.



Device Limits

Each subscription has a limit on how many devices can be linked to cloud backup.

  • If the device limit is reached, you'll need to remove a device and its backups before adding a new one.



Subscription Notes

  • Subscriptions auto-renew by default unless cancelled.
  • After cancellation, you can continue using your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If cancelled during a free trial, access might end immediately.
  • If subscribed through a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid charges.



What Happens If You Downgrade or Cancel?

  • If you cancel or downgrade to BRONZE, you can’t restore from cloud backup.

    Backups remain on the server for 30 days. If not re-subscribed within 30 days, they will be permanently deleted.

    If you exceed your cloud storage limit, you must either:

    • Upgrade your plan (e.g., to GOLD), or
    • Delete older backup versions to free up space.
