How to Cancel a Subscription?
You can cancel your DocScan subscription at any time through Apple or directly from within the app.
Option 1: Cancel Through Apple
Since DocScan uses Apple’s in-app purchase system, subscription management is handled through Apple.

Option 2: Cancel from Within DocScan
- Open the DocScan app.
Tap the Settings icon at the top left corner.
Tap your Subscription Info.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Select your DocScan subscription.
⚠️ If you don’t see your subscription in the list, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen steps.
Important Notes about Canceling
- Most subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- After cancellation, you won’t be charged again, and you’ll retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you cancel during a free trial, access to premium features may end immediately.
- If your subscription started as a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- After your subscription expires, access to cloud backups will be removed, and backups will be permanently deleted after 30 days unless you renew.
- ⚠️ Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through Apple’s subscription settings.
