How to check a fax status?
To check your fax status, please follow the steps below:
- In the main screen, tap the "Fax" button in the bottom right corner.
Check your fax status
If the fax was successfully sent, it will display a green check icon next to the file name.
It means your fax has been transmitted successfully and your destination’s fax machine has explicitly indicated that it has successfully received your fax.
If the fax is still sending, it will display an blue icon.
If the fax is downloading, it will display an black icon.
If the fax has failed to send or receive, it will display a red icon.
If Your Fax Send Failed:
If, unfortunately, you have failed to send your fax document, follow the steps below:
- Check why they occur.
- Tap on the “ Resend” button to resend it.
Note: If the above actions do not work for you, you can ask for refund from app store for the failed fax pack.
