If the automatic back up not working

Auto-backups occur automatically when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The device is connected to power.
  • The device is connected to a network.
  • The device is idle.
  • At least 24 hours have elapsed since the last backup.

In practice, these conditions occur roughly once per 3 days. but a device might never back up (for example, if it never connects to a network, the app is never opened and used, or If you force to quit this app.) If you restart the device, the backup process is only triggered after you first unlock your device.

If the auto-backup still not working, contact our support. (Go to DocScan Settings > Send Feedback > Cloud Backup Issue)
