How to export a searchable PDF?
There are two ways to export your scanned document as a Searchable PDF.
🔸 Method 1: Export with Searchable PDF Option
(Requires Bronze Subscription)

Tap the Export button.
- Choose an export method (Email, Open In, Cloud Storages, etc.).
- In the Export Options menu, select PDF as the format.
- Turn on the Searchable PDF switch below the format.
- Tap Next and wait for the PDF to be generated.
This method is quick and lets you export directly from the Export menu.
🔸 Method 2: Export from OCR (Free)
This method is free and available to all users.

Perform OCR (Text Recognition) on your scanned document.

Tap the Export button in the toolbar.

Choose PDF format and tap Next to export a Searchable PDF.
