How to share documents with WiFi File Sharing?

WiFi File Sharing allows you to transfer documents between your device and a computer wirelessly — as long as both are connected to the same WiFi network.

1. Tap the Settings icon in the upper left corner.

2. Scroll down and tap WiFi File Sharing.

   

3. Toggle the switch on — an IP address will appear.

   

4. On your computer, open a browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari recommended).
5. Enter the displayed IP address into the address bar.

6. You’ll be directed to a file management page where you can view and download files.

   

Tips

• Make sure your mobile device and computer are on the same WiFi network.
• Do not close DocScan or switch apps during the transfer process.
• If the connection fails, try refreshing the browser or restarting WiFi File Sharing.
