How to Get an Invoice or Tax Receipt for My In-App Purchase?

All in-app purchases are directly billed and processed by Apple. As a result, Apple is responsible for issuing all official receipts and tax invoices.

Here are the 3 easiest ways to locate or request your invoice:

Method 1: Check Your Email (Fastest)

Whenever you make a purchase, Apple automatically sends an official tax receipt to your Apple ID email address.

• Open your mail app and search for keywords like "Receipt from Apple" or "Apple invoice".

Method 2: Download via Web Browser

1. Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Find your in-app purchase in the list and click Receipt (or the Order ID) to view, print, or save your invoice.

Method 3: Resend Receipt from Your iPhone / iPad

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top → Media & Purchases → View Account.
3. Scroll down and tap Purchase History.

4. Tap the specific purchase, then select Resend to have Apple email the receipt to you again.
