How to Create a Collage from Multiple Pages?
If you want to arrange multiple pages or scans onto a single page, try using the Collage feature. This is different from Merge PDFs, which combines multiple files or pages into a single multi-page document. The Collage tool helps you design a custom layout that fits multiple images onto one page.
When to Use This Feature
Use Collage if you want to:
- Print multiple scans or photos on a single page
- Create a visual layout, poster, or summary
- Share a collection of pages as one image
🔹Ways to Start a Collage
You can start a collage in one of the following three ways:
From Selection Mode:
Go to your document, enter selection mode, select pages or documents, then tap Collage.
From the Main Screen:
Tap the Add Document button (below the search bar), and choose a layout style.
From Document Screen:
Tap the Edit button on the bottom toolbar, then choose Blank Page and select a collage style.
🔹In the Collage Editor, You Can:
Choose a Layout:
- Grid layout applies to the current page only. You can also adjust border width.
Freestyle layout applies to all pages in the collage.
Change Paper Size:
Tap the size icon at the center of the bottom toolbar and choose a preset size (e.g., A4, Letter).
Edit Each Image:
Tap any image to resize, move, duplicate, replace, crop, or delete it.
Import More Images:
Tap the Import Page button in the bottom right corner. A popover will appear with two options:
This Page – Add images directly to the current collage page you're editing.
Append Pages – Add images as new pages at the end of your collage document.
Choose the option that best fits how you want to place the new images.
✅ Save Your Collage
Once you're done editing, tap Save in the top-right corner to export your collage as a single-page document.
